Poppy seed cake with cheese (healthy:)

For the dough
- 250 g plain flour (spelled),
- 1 tablespoon of cane sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of stevia,
- 130 g softened butter,
- 1 egg yolk and about 3 tablespoons of cold water, ¨
- the zest of half a lemon.
Poppy seed filling:
- 150 g ground poppy seeds,
- about 2 dl milk, 1 large handful of cranberries,
- 2-3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons jam, a little lemon juice
Cheese filling:
- 250 g soft cheese,
- 1 whole egg,
- package biovanilla sugar,
- stevia,
- rind of half a lemon,
- lemon juice.

Na těsto:
- 250 g hladké mouky (špaldové),
- 1 lžíci třtinového cukru,
- 1 lžička stévie,
- 130 g změklého másla,
- 1 žloutek a asi 3 lžíce studené vody,
- kůru z poloviny citrónu.
Maková náplň:
- 150 g mletého máku,
- asi 2 dl mléka,
- 1 velkou hrst brusinek,
- 2–3 lžíce medu,
- 3 lžíce povidel,
- trošku citrónové šťávy
